I made this at Clerie's request. In addition to the basic stuff, it's got mashed potatoes, black pepper, rosemary, and olive oil. I made my dough a bit wet, so my bread is a bit flatter and has a more open crumb (bigger bubbles) than Reinhhart's. But it's so moist! The spices leave this peppery almost lemony taste that lingers and teases, saying, "Just slice yourself another piece." I think I will.
I can't wait for Clerie to try it!
Update: on my third slice, I realized I was nibbling the crust off like the frosting on the cake...
