Taji

Happy Father's Day!
Clerie sent me a great Father's Day e-mail. It cheered me up. She's good at that.
She's in Taji now! She's just settling in to work there, and they're just settling in to having her there. She sayes it's quite a bit different in Taji than from everything before. She spends more time inside; something to be grateful for, considering the summer climate there. I'm so curious to hear more about Taji!
We talked today about how we miss each other. R&R reminded us of even more things we miss about each other. I'll drift off while reading and she and I will just be there laughing at some joke or something.
We saw Up! during our two weeks together. It touches on a theme that our R&R illustrated for us. It's not the big events or the planned activities from our two weeks that we remember the most. The things that make us the happiest to think back on are moments like sipping hot cocoa at a Smith's Marketplace, laughing at stupid jokes cracked when we were ridiculously tired, taking a bike ride into town and getting a slushy, or a tickle fight. So often it's those little moments you can't plan that make you the happiest.
